Exceptional staff made my stay unforgettable!

This hotel showcases luxurious comfort, especially with its beautiful rooms and attentive staff. While the spa facilities were promising, the hydrotherapy experience could have been improved with more suitable garments. Overall, great location and delicious food, but breakfast options didn’t meet expectations.

Breakfast pricing is wildly unclear. prepare for sticker shock!!! Room service menu lacks variety, making dining choices a hassle. The well-known amazing restaurants nearby overshadow hotel dining options!!!

Wakeup calls with a twist

Every morning began with the uplifting sound of birds chirping, complemented by a warm smile from the staff. The luxurious room and spa experience made our stay unforgettable.

However, the throngs of children at the pool could be noisy, interrupting our peaceful moments. Also, the pricing for small snacks felt over the top.

I loved the spacious Deluxe Double room and the fantastic buffet breakfast that kept me fueled for exploring. The spa offered a relaxing full body massage and a rejuvenating foot massage that I couldn't get enough of. The only downside was that they didn't have my preferred time slot available for the jacuzzi, but it didn't spoil my stay at all! 😊

The hotel's decor beautifully showcases Oaxacan art, with vibrant colors and handcrafted elements. The accessibility features made it easy for me to navigate comfortably, allowing me to truly enjoy the delightful ambiance throughout my stay.

the grand fiesta americana was perfect! the concierges were fantastic and helped with a reservation issue beyond expectations. the housekeeping staff was superb, keeping our room impeccable throughout our 13-night stay. not to mention, the nabane spa is an enchanting oasis for relaxation, and the hotel is conveniently close to the historical center.
